Who we are: Feedigital (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates news.feedigital.com (the “Site”).

1) What we collect

• Account & payment info (if you subscribe): name, email, password (hashed), billing address, and payment details processed by our providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal/Buy Me a Coffee)—we don’t store full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring URLs, approximate location, device/OS/browser, and error logs.
• Cookies & similar tech: to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, and personalize content.
• Emails you give us: newsletter signups, support requests, tips.

2) Why we use it

• Provide and secure the Site; authenticate users; prevent fraud/abuse.
• Improve performance, features, and relevance; debug issues.
• Communicate with you (service notices, product updates, newsletters—opt-out anytime).
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Enforce Terms and comply with law.

3) Sharing

We share data with service providers solely to run the Site: hosting/CDN, analytics, error monitoring, email delivery, and payments. Examples: Google Cloud, Google Analytics, Substack, Stripe/PayPal. We don’t sell personal data.

• EEA/UK (GDPR): legal bases include contract, legitimate interests, and consent (where required). You may request access/erasure/portability/restriction/object and lodge a complaint with your Data Protection Authority. If we rely on consent, you can withdraw it anytime.

7) International transfers

If you’re outside the U.S., your data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different laws. We use appropriate safeguards where required.

8) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls). No system is 100% secure.

9) Children

The Site is for users 16+. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under applicable ages.

10) Changes

We’ll update this page for material changes and adjust the “Effective date.”
